We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 14-day guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already been processed. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not refund items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal or abusive use. If you return an item that is not approved by our team, without a valid reason, or outside the 14-day period, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, please email us at Info@london-allure.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number and the reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before sending the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Please include your order number and the sender's name in your return package to help us process your return promptly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not refund shipping fees.
Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect your items. After confirming that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the date of refund confirmation for the processing of the refund. If you do not receive your refund after confirmation that it has been successfully processed, please contact your financial institution.
We do not refund items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal or abusive use.
All refunds are processed in EUR, as per the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.
Product Issues
We take product safety very seriously and encourage our customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all CORRECT INSTRUCTIONS and SAFETY MEASURES provided with your product and all resources available on our website. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible. Refunds or replacements will be at our discretion. Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, etc., but with a product in good condition, is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. To report a damaged item, please email us at Info@london-allure.co.uk and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for delivery or shipping delays that are beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and issues that may arise during shipping. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention
To protect ourselves from fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and immediately notify the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version of the policy before making a purchase and using our products.
