Shipping Policy
At London Allure, we understand that our customers are at the heart of our business. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with us. We take pride in the quality of our products and the level of service we provide. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we encourage you to carefully read our shipping policy before placing an order. We believe that transparency is essential in building a trusting relationship with our customers, and we want to make sure you understand our shipping terms.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the necessary details, including the tracking number, carrier, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.
PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ask that you allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Therefore, the total time to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
Additionally, please note that we ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING PARTNERS AND TRACKING
When you place an order with Avignon Atelier, we work with reliable shipping companies to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the delivery of your package. Please note that the delivery time indicated in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and the availability of the carrier. It is also important to keep in mind that tracking information may take 1 to 4 days to appear on the carrier's website.
While Avignon Atelier works with reliable shipping companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. In case of delays or delivery issues, Avignon Atelier will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. However, Avignon Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues that may occur during the shipping process.
SIGNATURES AND PACKAGE DELIVERY
Some of our shipping partners may require a signature upon delivery. In this case, the carrier will not leave the package at your door without obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave it in a nearby location or attempt redelivery at a later time. Please note that Avignon Atelier cannot be held responsible for issues arising from decisions made by the carrier, such as leaving packages unattended.
If you know you will not be available to receive the package upon delivery, you may arrange for someone else to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact the carrier directly to make arrangements for an alternative delivery. It is important to note that once the package has been delivered and signed for, London Allure is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may arise.
Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.
DAMAGES CAUSED BY CARRIER HANDLING
At Avignon Atelier, we take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. However, sometimes packages may be damaged due to carrier handling.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, we recommend taking photos of the packaging and contacting the carrier as soon as possible to report the issue. Please also send these photos to us at (Info@london-allure.co.uk), and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that any damage caused by carrier handling is not covered under our Refund Policy. We perform strict quality checks on all items before shipping, and all items are securely packaged, often with bubble wrap. However, we cannot control how the carrier handles the package once it leaves our facility.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter, and we will do everything we can to help resolve issues related to damaged packages.
INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at (Info@london-allure.co.uk) with your order number and details of the missing or incomplete items within 48 hours of receiving the package. Depending on stock availability, we may ship the missing items separately. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails containing tracking numbers for each package. We will cover the shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items.
ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may cause delays in processing or result in order cancellation. For address issues detected by our system, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of the order. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at (Info@london-allure.co.uk) within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after this period.
LATE DELIVERY
At London Allure, we understand that receiving your order on time is important to you, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
For example, shipping partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transit, such as extreme weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the carrier to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that delay the processing or shipping of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that may result in a delay.
Please note that Avignon Atelier cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order and provide any necessary assistance in resolving issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Avignon Atelier offers international shipping to most countries, with packages shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that as the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
